Palestine Expo is a unique experience, which proudly celebrates Palestinian art, history and culture whilst fostering discussion and activism in the UK. Palestine Expo combines the use of traditional forms of education with cutting edge technology to raise awareness about Palestine. Palestine Expo brings people together to celebrate Palestine like never before.
PalExpo 2017 & 2019
In 2017 and 2019 over 25,000 people came together to celebrate Palestinian art, history and culture at Palestine Expo. Both events were held at prestigious and world renowned venues, Queen Elizabeth II Centre and Olympia London.
By hosting Palestine Expo on a grand scale in London it allowed Palestine to be celebrated like any other nation. Visitors came from a wide range of backgrounds, illustrating the broad support for Palestinian rights in the UK.
Palestine Expo, which is held every other year, continues to be the leading event in Europe to engage, educate and empower the public on Palestine.
We want Palestine Expo to always be a space for those who care about Palestine to come together and enjoy its culture, whilst strengthening the pro-Palestine movement.
Who We are
Palestine Expo is organised by Friends of Al-Aqsa. Friends of Al-Aqsa is a UK based non-profit making NGO concerned with defending the human rights of Palestinians and protecting the sacred al-Aqsa Sanctuary in Jerusalem. This vision is supported by various international groups and organisations. Friends of Al-Aqsa was first established in 1997 and now has an international support base. www.foa.org.uk
